Investigating Factors Causing English Writing Anxiety among Undergraduate Students of Balochistan, Pakistan

One of the primary skills language is writing which has a significant impact on students’ academic achievement, particularly in Pakistani education system. Students experience various levels and types anxiety while an English essay, could affect their performance negatively. In order to determine reasons SBKWU’s BS students, current research study focuses examining among Baluchistan undergraduate students. This quantitative study’s theoretical foundation was Horwitz, Cope (1986) hypothesis anxiety. The participants included 100 SBK Women University Quetta Two groups—50 students randomly chosen from first semester 50 eighth at Balochistan, Pakistan. questionnaire used modified (Cheng, 2004) data evaluated through SPSS. findings demonstrated that first-semester greater anxiety, heart palpitations, mental blankness, shivering when they start writing. There fear receiving bad grade, panic attacks, avoidance situations, thoughts became confused wrote English.
